The Journey

I was lost.
For over 2 years I wandered in the land of “what should I be doing”. I had a job that I was proud of, a business that was growing, and a loving and supportive family. From the outside looking in I definitely had my ish together. But I was a fembot that was really good at becoming the role I was in.
I felt myself become increasingly cold and distant as I became more adept in my office job. While I recognized that I was putting on the mask of who I believed my higher ups wanted me to be, I didn’t realize the extent until a coworker pointed it out. He said that he was glad that I was still fun on Facebook. A few months later I left to reclaim my fun and be the mother and business woman I knew I could be.
But alas, I downloaded a new upgrade to my bot. This new version poured everything into “mommy-ness” and, without that other job in the way, was on a mission to double or triple her business. I forgot that I had to care for this fembot with some self care. I lost her manual and didn’t even know what she liked to do for fun. My bot was tired. In desperate need of an oil change but I kept pushing on and wasn’t doubling or tripling, I was barely maintaining, and I was not mom-ing at the level I wanted.
It was time to find a mechanic. Someone who could help me find and work the manual. I found a coach who helped me figure out how to peel the layers and realize that I don’t have to be a fembot, I can be Thea. This wasn’t a one time tune up or upgrade but a journey to moving forward and discovering me. Knowing that I can be anything I set my mind to while still maintaining Thea. I am finding my old confidence and spark - I didn’t need a download just a reset.
On this journey, I realized that I want to help other bots to clear their circuits and find their manuals. I received a scholarship and started coach training in October with Inner Glow Circle Coach training. I am on my way to be a certified life coach. If my story resonates with you and you want to put your old fembot ways to the past let’s work on it together. I’d love to schedule a time to chat.
